Open tanks

Our open roof tanks are designed for the fermentation and storage of wine, as well as other liquids such as oil, milk, or honey. They are manufactured from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term hygienic performance.
Our production range includes various configurations to meet different operational needs:
  • Flat-bottom tanks: from 50 L up to 500 L
  • Conical-bottom tanks: from 170 L up to 3,200 L
  • Tank options: with short legs, with a double jacket for cooling or heating
These tanks feature a floating cover that allows for a variable volume, helping to reduce oxidation and maintain the quality of the stored liquid. Available in sizes ranging from 50 to 3,200 liters.
